Only got to the phone screen. The compensation is below market or their philosphy is to "lag or pay below the market". They are hiring for CO location but do not provide for relocation assistance. 10% bonus with No equity. Only VP and above receive equity. And this is a $30 Billion dollar company. Not a good Comp philosphy looking to attract talent.
