The questions were not out of the normal for this position, but the one that stayed with me the most is that they were big on culture and asked several questions around that.

Many questions focused on previous project and program experience. The rest focused on the specific product area, rideshare.
What methods, systems and processes used to complete projects
They asked me to lead a sample training.
Demonstrate how you worked with API's and Integrating them with any product.
Tell me how you would design a saving razor.
Every question they asked was about my technical knowledge and background, they were not interested in me as a person. Not one bit!
