Also, the manager picked 3 bottles and asks you to sell them to him - how would you do it (wine pairing, event, etc). Asks about your background, motivation and what you can add to the the company as an employee. Try to be familiar with their products, check their website, show your knowledge about the company.

The interview questions are pretty broad, and the manager was able to inform me with tons of useful information on the company. Most the questions are aiming to find out what kind of person you are and how comfortable with the role.
Describe a recent incident when you had an issue with an employee.
the first couple interviews where basic questions i.e.- how did you here about us? why did you apply? etc... The next few interviews they asked me a lot about my past management and leadership roles. They also had a few questions geared towards how I would handle certain situations if put in them.

Tell me about yourself. What is your greatest strength? What is your greatest weakness? Why should we hire you? Why do you want to work here? Tell me about a time you showed leadership. Tell me about something you’ve accomplished that you are proud of. Do you have any questions for me?
