They asked how much experience I had with sales and then talked up their "success stories" like one guy who made over $100k last year on commissions. Overall, I got the impression that it was pretty sketchy. They also talked about how in just a few months, I could open my own location and run my own business. Like I said, I don't think the interviewer was interested in asking me any actual questions.

The Founder asked me about my high school, which was extremely odd and was not relevant to any of my skills. He did not link it either to any following question that was in any way useful.
What is your career plan in 5 years? They want you to give them a clear answer, exactly which position instead of some blurred description.
Technical automobile related questions and general HR questions (why do you want to join this company, strengths and weaknesses etc)
They asked all the general questions. They are looking for the right candidate so its like they have a checkbox when they are interviewing you which is sort of intimidating.
