Most of the questions regarded how I reacted to conflict with other employees. For example: tell me about a time when you had to adapt to a supervisor who had a different management style than you, tell me about a time that you had a conflict with another employee and how you dealt with it, etc. They also asked general questions about yourself, such as walking them through your work experience, what your greatest accomplishments were, etc.
Tell me about a time when you have worked with someone from a different background to your own.
Mostly behavioral questions: experiences working as a team, making decisions within that team, etc A good chuck of the interview was about explaining the position itself
Give an example of a time where you had multiple deadlines approaching at once. How did you handle the situation? What was the result?
What does diversity mean to you?
Name a time when you had to deal with difficult employees, and how did you resolve it?
Not too many difficult questions.
Tell me about your accomplishments. Tell me about a time when you had to make a decision.
