I don't think she asked me a single question about my qualifications or what I was looking for. She mostly just used the time to blow through the ACTUAL details of the position, which differed significantly from the job description, and ask me to confirm whether I wanted to move on. As in, "So, it's $22-25 an hour, will that work?" "So, it's actually a contract position, will that work?"
Industry experience, willingness to travel, self motivated? Standard questions.
They had general skills questions, experience review and also behavioral type questions.
they post a job in this instance "Director of Marketing", call you in for a visit, pick your brain on open jobs or hiring companies, and then tell you they don't have anything at the moment... its a sham... run away
