Second Phase consists of a group interview with other people (group of 8) and HHRR employees. This is were your contribution matters: organizational skills, interacting, managerial, etc. The one to one interview was easy, with the HHRR person. Third Phase: with the director of the CSFR. You have to prove yourself and market the qualities that make you unique compared to the other applicants.
