- All fairly easy questions by friendly staff, but was ghosted by the recruiter after spending at least 8 hours of either interviewing and/or prep work. This is not how people should be treated and is a sign of either how the organization operates or allows their recruiting firm (PrincetonOne is the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) provider) operating on their behalf. I feel like I may have dodged a bullet on this one and am THANKFUL that interview process took over (2) months to be completely ghosted at the end.
