The toughest questions had to be the very generic and plain questions in the first interview, but I have always struggled with these questions.
He asked a question, which he said it's not pass or fail. Just want to know the person.
first manager interview was just a general 45-min conversation. The second was the STAR process questions followed by general conversation.
