Technical questions can range from basic to very deep. But they expect a level of knowledge for the position they are offering. Like for Engineer they do not expect that much technical expertise than for an Assistant Manager position. Interviews are structured. They can ask anything from your resume. I Have mentioned some details of the reports i used to prepare in previous company from that they have asked many terms, those were tricky questions.

A substantial amount of questions were based on management style - KPIs, SLAs - Dealing with problems within the team. - Setting objectives - Failures There were also a few technical questions as well, fundamental questions describing DNS, how web sites work, IMCP, tracert. All in all fairly straightforwrad if you have a strong technical and management background.
