They ask people to make a sample sales call. They talked about what the lens is like on their sunglasses. They say that you need to pass a drug screen, but they don't actually screen anyone. I get the feeling that they will hire anyone and then weed them out really quickly.

Was re: job history. Many in sales (which of course I found out after) move every 2 years or so, so they wanted to know why they should hire under those circumstances?
