Getting my swimming up to par and answering to three supervisors since the beach was going through a transition of power from one manager to another. ALso, learning to work as a team in very strenuous scenarios, big surf, unexpected conditions and situations while always feeling like I was being "tested"can become very stressful. The beach dynamics have become MUCH more laid back that in the past.

Tell me about your self? After I did they asked my pay rate at previous employer. I told them what it was then he followed by saying they rate they paid which was much lower. I wished they would post the pay rate in the employment description to avoid wasting peoples time and their time.
