The take-home assignment was the item that irked me. I was asked to plan (cradle to grave) a relocation of their Seattle operation. The instructions were slim, and I was expected to spend 2-3 days (according to their website) completing the assignment.

Initial interview was easy questions - what would current employer say is your weakest area - etc. Second interview, was asked if I would be ok with going over local management's head if necessary. Felt this was a set up to fail question.
Describe how you involve other team members in the final decision making process. What do you do to make them feel their input adds value? Give me a specific example.
