Our operations in Israel are expanding rapidly and we are planning to recruit 40K couriers in 2023. The conversion rate today from Application to 1st delivery is 25%. Looking at this number, “regular” marketing acquisition on media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and GoogleAds) will not suffice.
