Executive Management: Das Executive Management konzentrierte sich darauf, langfristige Perspektiven und kulturelle Passung zu bewerten. Dabei wurden gezielte Fragen gestellt wie: "Wo sehen Sie sich in fünf Jahren und wie passen Ihre Ziele zu unserer Unternehmenskultur?"
