Asked to confirm availability, if I could lift over 50 pounds. Then asked 3 institutional questions: describe a time you worked with a team, describe a time you worked with a team when you had limited time, describe a time you provided exceptional customer service.
I hate the one where they ask you when you were in charge of something and how you handled it. I personally have very very little experience being in charge so I hate that question.
