I cant remember the questions exactly but they were pretty much similar or the same questions that you take during the online app that you have to pass in order to be considered for an interview. They asked me maybe about 20 to 25 questions total.
All questions were easy 1. "how would you deal with a bad customer" ... 2. "how did you get a diffuclt assignment done by deadline" 3 "what is great customer service to you"
There were no difficult or unexpected questions. They were all read from a copied off sheet of paper.
None of the questions were very difficult, because they were all questions people have listed here on Glassdoor, and I'd prepared answers.
