While not overly challenging if you have relevant experience, it’s the kind of question that does require a solid background and familiarity with XYZ scenarios

Describe a time when you had to earn a person's trust. How'd you go about it and what were the results? Can you describe a time when a team you were in was not meshing well and what you personally did to resolve the issue? Can you describe a time you followed a quality process and how you made sure it was detail-oriented as possible? Can you describe a time when you implemented safety as part of your projects? Describe a time when you had to work cross-functionally with a group.
