They asked me to give an example of a time I made a mistake.
It was a pretty easy and laid back interview. She just asked about my job experience and asked what my previous employer would say about me in different situations (late, absences, etc) It was one of those interviews where they are actually telling you more about what you will be doing then actually interviewing you.
