They asked in the in person interview a lot of questions like What would I do to get beyond the front office to see the doc, etc. Nothing I wasn't expecting.
Phone was walking through resume. F2F was Typical STAR format questions.

Describe a moment where you convinced someone to agree with your point of view, who initially had a different perspective. (something in that context)

Tell me about a time where your ethics were challenged
Not very difficult... understand the company and industry and you'll be fine
