They asked many "tell me a time when . . ." questions. I'm guessing each team member was assigned a question based on an assessment rubric.
None of the interview questions were particularly challenging. I understand that the normal interview process includes a homework assignment where the candidate has to do a presentation, but I didn't have to do that.
Phone screen: “Do you have any questions for me.”
Fairly standard interview questions: What qualities do you look for when hiring/building a team? What key performance indicators do you use for measuring team's performance? What's your management style? etc....
