With whom would you co-operate here? (This is a standard question at all academic Faculty interviews at all universities. At interview time everybody seems to be keen on scientific co-operation. However in reality most Faculty members just work with their own Post-Docs and students or international peers, and have little interest and time to do research with other Faculty members.) Do your due diligence and look with whom you'd best co-operate. Do not be scared that you will ever have to do it.
