"Why do you want to work for DPS?" That question is so ridiculous to me. I don't think that people are really choosing the company because they have heard so many wonderful things about the company, they are more interested in the pay, the hours/flexibility and job duties and/or responsibilities especially if they are unemployed at the time of the interview. If another company calls them for an interview that meets these aforementioned conditions I guarantee you they would try their hardest to attend. That question maybe relevant when an individual is already or currently employed at the time of the interview.
