I was given a case study in the first round of virtual interviews on the spot, about how I'd approach a grantee application. All three rounds of interviews involved more culture fit type questions and getting to know you and your experiences in relation to the job.
We create change by working with lots of people and groups. Please can you tell us about a time you have managed a complex web of partnerships and relationships and let us know how you managed all the different relationships?
Tell me about yourself and what you are currently doing.
Tell me about yourself, your strengths and weaknesses, a situation when you dealt with a difficult client, and how you deal with difficult teammates. They also gave an assignment to write an article of xxxx words, which was the first time an employer asked me to write so much.
Why do you want to work for Helsing?
Your name. Seriously, adding this as the few questions were run of the mill "tell me about a time you had resistance". Limited questions asked, and meaningless without the programme director.
