First Stage: General introduction, why Accenture, why Project management? It's a short interview for like 15 minutes. Second Stage: Tell about a time where you had a conflicting opinion, tell about a time when you took a decision and it went wrong. It's thirty minutes and they ask you 3-4 questions. It passes like a conversation so it's not bad. Third Stage: First interview: Technical Excel skills usage in past experience in school and internships, basic finance questions like working capital and revenue. Second Interview: Conversation about managing deadlines, working in a team, past experience.
