Mostly about project management theory, i.e. trying to understand what SDLC methodology, how AGILE process works and is more beneficial. They asked a few questions about y commitment to implementing business change, which was irrelevant as they opposed all of the change I implemented and at times i felt that I was rolling a huge boulder uphill every day and having to teach my boss what change would mean and what benefits it would bring.

Unfortunately it didn't go anywhere, because of no college degree.
Are you comfortable being the assistant outside the conference room making changes? This job isn't creative, are you okay with that?(I was told by the recruiter tha t this was a VP level role with perks and six figures - hardly).
