Towards the end of my in-person interview one of the women asked me, "what do you want US to as YOU, that we haven't yet?" This definitely threw me for a loop. I was prepared with questions for them but this stumped me momentarily.

The guy's first question was whether or not I was employed. He was holding a copy of my resume in his hand which could have told him the answer plain as day.
