I was asked questions on basics of java and selenium and also some example based questions. The interviewer was really asking the relevant questions and did not asked any out of the syllabus questions.

The task that had to be done was indeed two days of work. I think it's not ok to ask applicants to work for two days after such a superficial first interview. They should filter more before expecting applicants to dedicate two days of their time. No feedback to the task was provided, just a template to decline.
