I find all Targeted Selection questions hard because you have to give examples and there is a certain pattern to your answers that they are looking for. I find the question "give me an example of how you have been innovative" to be a hard one because what is considered innovative at one company may be common place at another company.

The most difficult question for me was to identify my weakness(es). The reason for this is because I am somewhat uncomfortable with discussing my weaknesses with anyone for fear of judgment. But I was able to overcome this fear and be transparent and provide the things that I am aware that I need to work on.
