El equipo, unas 6 personas en total, me sometieron a una entrevista personal (algunos de los cuales llevaban un mes trabajando). Fue un tercer grado en toda regla, pero he de decir, que las preguntas no tenían mucha coherencia. Solo les preocupaba si podía trabajar sin pedir ayuda, sin apenas medios y mucha presión. El jefe de equipo, claramente delegó el proceso a los integrantes del equipo (con bastantes inexperiencia), algo que demuestra su total ausencia de capacidad total de liderazgo y gestión.

All the questions were around my resume. I was not quite impressed with the managers who interviewed me and I never heard a single question from the managers about the main frame and my candidacy was turned down as I have not had any experience in mainframe testing.
The questions were not difficult for person who worked with this on daily basis but I didn't. And I was very nervous. I had only one round.
