Some of the SQL questions were out of left field because it was on a whiteboard with no table drawn out in front of you. Not like anything you would deal with in real life scenarios.

They ask you to review some sort of "requirements" document, and devise a test plan/strategy/scenarios? Everything is done in Excel Spreadsheets, which was a huge red flag for me right off the bat.
