Tell me about your experience with managing large scale quality management projects.
I do not remember any difficult questions. I basically recounted my professional experience. My HR interview occurred after I had interviewed with the hiring manager.
They have asked professional questions about quality field.
Advance food engineering, food safety standards (ISO, BRC, HACCP, GMP), EU Legislations, Research thesis on cheese coagulation and cutting time factors on an industrial scale. Centrifugal phase separation (heavy, light phase, total solids, stickwater, emulsion), factors affecting CIP, spray/mill dryer working principle and powder cooling, packaging techniques. HACCP (PRPs, OPRP's, CCP), Protein, calcium, Oil properties and factors affecting it's quality. Factory tour (hygiene checks, manual handling, post production handling, storage, segregation, allergen safety, in-house lab testing)
Where would like to be in 5 years?
Questions were rather vague. Didn't lend toward giving a good response.
Who was my favorite football team, and did I fish. Real important questions for a formal interview, very unprofessional.
