None to list. This was the other frustrating part. After the first call with the VP of sales about past experience and qualifications, every conversation was essentially the same: a high-level get to know conversation that was as much personal as professional. Hey, it's great to seek out team fit but no need to run someone through so many Zooms for that. Seems like a nice company overall and I probably would have accepted if an offer came. That said, they need an HR leader who can tighten up that interview process and on the rare occasion when I take a recruiter call, I am now sure to ask details about the interview process up front.

**Review of the Interview Process:** The interview process was quite basic, featuring standard questions. Unfortunately, the Talent Acquisition team member seemed unprepared and disorganized. They frequently apologized, read questions verbatim, and even typed them out during the interview. Additionally, they repeated the same questions, which disrupted the flow and made for a frustrating experience. Overall, it did not meet my expectations for a professional interview.
