What are your strengths and how would you apply them in your job?
During the interview, they posed the question: "How would you go about retaining clients?"
HR would stat the conversation asking you to do a english self-introduction. Then you would answer questions from the 4 colleages in chinese. Most questions are based on your CV including past working and educational experience. They also want to know your future work plans and how do you make the switich to this new job.
What is the maximum commuting time I'm happy with.

It isn't so much of a con, but you should be prepared to work closely with your peers in an open setting. If you can't thrive in that kind of situation then it could be more difficult for you.
