Lots of "Can you tell me of a time when you...?" I interviewed with 7 different people in one day and approximately 1/3 of the same questions were repeated over and over, yet they were expecting different answers. The recruiting team did a good job of providing upfront tips and information about the type of interviews, and Amazon is very adamant about hiring the "good fit" and being a "data-driven" organization, but the overall feel of the process was formulaic and impersonal.

Where did you go over and above your core job responsibilities?
How do you manage conflicting deadlines How do you influence people
Basic questions about past experience and how it relates to this work as well as why you want this role.
What most excites you about the role?
Business model, competitors, the day-to-day process, etc etc
Give an example of confrontation with a colleague
Give an example of when you didnt't get along with a colleague. Give an example of how you managed a project in which this or that happens..
Question on behavioural economics and challenges/issues with competition as a new objective of the FCA.
