She took notes while interviewing, and asked for the salary range. Just basic food and beverage questions. Very easy and comfortable interview. Since I had worked for Airports years ago, I felt very comfortable with food operations at JFK, NY.

Most questions during the live interview were the situational type of questions. IE describe a time when you had to manage conflict, what was the situation, what steps did you take/how did you handle it and what was the outcome
They asked me mainly for my past experiences. Speaking Italian was a skill that will help immensly during the work process.
