(They don't actually want to know, they only want to know are you catholic or are you of an acceptable religious sect, do you have any kids (you might call in when they are sick), are you a do it because I said so person (no opinion and do what you are told), if you are female are you pretty, do you dress pretty, great smile, and are you willing to flirt with unattractive old guys so they can put in a good word for you.
