They don't have any fixed pattern, they just send mail whenever they want. There is no fixed hiring process. They take 1 hour interview for any round, be it technical or with managers. Even in manager round they asked technical questions. And in 2nd manager round, they just did time-pass and asked questions out of context not related to behavioural assesment or anyway related to the profile. I had a very very very bad experience as a lot of my time was wasted which I could have utilized by applying in other firms as in the last moment after taking so many interviews in a span of 1 month they finally rejected me.
