There were none. This is barely even an interview.
Very basic situational questions.
Describe a time where you had to make a situational decision that may have been in opposition to policy or procedure set in place.
Tell me about yourself.
Have you ever clashed with a coworker over a process? How did you resolve it?
What role do you like to play in a team?
Name a time where you had to overcome adversity.
Hardest question was probably the one about what's the most important thing when dealing with customers, or the one about dealing with sales rejections. Not hard at all.
