They asked questions that were genuinely relevant to my experience. They were curious about why I chose certain companies in my past roles and they really wanted to understand how I think, how I make decisions and what drives me. They also covered the usual questions about my motivations and why Rippling. There were no trick questions and nothing designed to catch you out. It was all straightforward, thoughtful and very aligned with the role.
