What in your past is something you are proud of?
General questions about the previous company and the employees, their jobs, and where they worked before. Not one question was directed to me as the candidate, and in the middle of the interview the employer said they do not know what could they offer me, therefore wasting my time and money driving all the way up to their quarters.
Tell us about your interest
the first round were qualification questions, the second was mostly space for me to ask questions (less of an interview, to be honest) and the third interview was more about character.
