First stage was basically about my work experience with the Talent acquisition dept and the with the best Rep Ravika. Second stage was with an SDR lead who wants to deep dive into my sales and especially Cold Calling skills. There was a role play. Third stage was also to know my passion for sales and why. Fourth Stage the killer stage . Lol. A one hour long interview with 2 amazing Talent departments rep deep diving into your personal information and getting to know your work etiquette and previous employers. It was pretty chilled. They were so kind all through. Final stage was with the co- founder who wanted to be sure you can handle the Role.
