Scenario - Uber vehicles in X are being seized by police for contravening by-laws stating that all taxi vehicles should display their company logo or markings to indicate they are a taxi. Uber vehicles were unmarked and local police were seizing vehicles on the basis of Uber vehicles breaching these by-laws by carrying fee paying passengers and not being insured to do so. Vehicles were being seized for being uninsured to carry paying passengers - what would you do to resolve the situation ?
