The key questions which made the interview more complexed was the following: 1. How do you envision the creation of your team/process? Where would you start from? (As I was hired for the new department) 2. The real examples of specific scenarios/issues related to main responsibilities of the job to be brainstorm, solved on the spot.

They asked about my prior experience, but they did most of the talking. They shared the specifics of the position and why they thought I would be a great candidate for the job.
When are you free to meet with us?
How do you deal with difficult colleagues?
How do you deal with people rejecting your work?
It's a question of one year only, these are the policies we have so you have to agree with these.
