Why do you want the job?
Phone calls interviews were about past experience and what I am looking for. The home assignment was not challenging (for me at least), but required some effort and thought. In the meeting I was asked about my past experience, what I am looking for and the bottom line - what are my Salary expectations (did not want to say how much they are willing to offer).
