Standard HR question: why you want to work for us? Who are you? What experience do you have with ITIL/ITSM?
Are you open to implementing new technologies and tools in your work? How did you respond to negative customer feedback?
Nothing unusual. We defined what I meant by priorities and how to decide between several tasks, went through technical skills, time management, different scenarios to see how I would react in day-to-day situations. It was not very easy, but not extremely difficult either.
Do you have any other skills such as speaking another language, certifications, etc?
Be prepared to offer contingency plans in addition to answers.
