not a question - but advice on the test. I am good with words, but my grammar is pretty shaky (see above!). Really focus on your subbing skills if you get an interview, the pass mark is very high and it is pretty difficult if you don't edit copy every day.

Give me an example where you took responsibility for your own development, accepting feedback and using learnings to improve tasks or processes. Give me an example of a time that you placed high standards/demands on yourself to get results.
The interviewers were pretty much reading off a script. No original questions.
