And in your answers, they dig further and ask you probing questions to rate on whether you are weak, medium or strong on each LP. So work backwards from the LP, prepare a story and ask yourselves probing questions . Your answers to probing questions should satisfy that particular LP. Doesn't matter if it's right or wrong. They go by the book.
