We discussed the different Technical Writing projects I've worked on.
They were fairly typical/cliche interview questions without any real surprises. My interviewer asked about my motivations and 5 words to describe myself among other questions. There weren't any technical or hypothetical questions
Tell me about a time when you had difficulty getting information from a SME?
Describe a time when you missed a deadline.
1. Tell me about yourself 2. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
There were no difficult questions.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years, 10 years?
I was asked industry specific questions. They want to make sure you know your stuff. If you don't know, be honest. Don't try to wing it. I was clear about what I do and do not know much about. They appreciated that.
