Just like most franchises, they ask if the same questions as if you were being interviewed by jewel, dominicks, chase bank, etc.
The interviews were both the easiest I've ever had, and I've been on countless interviews. I'd say the most unexpected question was what my expectations of Weis Markets are. The interview questions asked seemed too easy though. I was asked about my biggest weakness, why I wanted to work for the company, what type of work I did at other jobs, and what skills I have that would be an asset to the positions I'm applying for. Nothing too difficult and both interviews were quite short.
